Missionary Staff

Each of our Missionary Staff at Lake Lundgren Bible Camp has answered a unique calling from God to serve in this ministry, dedicating their lives to creating a Christ-centered environment where lives can be transformed. Unlike traditional employment, their salaries are not guaranteed by the camp itself; instead, they rely entirely on the financial generosity of individuals, churches, and organizations who feel led to support their mission. Your financial gifts directly enable them to continue their work, whether it’s leading campers in spiritual growth, maintaining the camp facilities, or planning and executing our various programs and events. Your support, whether financial or through prayer, is deeply appreciated and crucial to the ongoing work God is doing through Lake Lundgren Bible Camp.

Summer Staff Team

Summer Staff Team (SST) members are paid temporary staff that serve during our summer program from early June to mid August.  They work with missionary staff and short term volunteers to support the summer residential and adventure camp programs, typically as counselors and activity staff.  SST members are summer missionaries and must raise financial support  from individuals and churches, in addition to a stipend from Lake Lundgren Bible Camp.

What does an SST’er do? You will be a part of our core group of staff and attend staff training to prepare you for 9 weeks of youth ministry. You will use your gifts to serve hundreds of campers through our summer camping ministry! Throughout the summer you will mainly be counseling, but in reality you’ll probably do a little of everything. This could include: Craft Instructor, Worship Team, Activity Staff, Custodian, Kitchen Cook, Dishcrew, Office Assistant, Adventure Trip Assistant, Lifeguard (if currently certified), and more!

Please note: a criminal background check is required on an annual basis for those 18 years of age or older (at time of application) to be considered for any position.
