Maintenance volunteer description
We work diligently to maintain the property that God has given us, and that requires a lot of effort year-round. In the past, many people have come to camp in the fall for our Lumber Days Work Weekend, but we have now expanded the available dates for individuals and families to come up and help us complete our ongoing projects.
During most of our Fall Retreat weekends we will be reserving some cabin space for individuals/families to come up to camp and serve on a project team. All skill levels welcome–and we will find a project that fits…but if you happen to have special skills or equipment that would benefit camp, please get in touch with us.
How to sign up:
If you would like to volunteer with the maintence team for one of the above weekends you can email volunteer@llbc.org. We will send you a quick form to fill out and then we will get you on the schedule to come to camp for the weekend. Two weeks before your scheduled weekend we will send you an email with more information regarding the weekend including what you will be helping out with. If you are able to come for the whole weekend that is great but it is also okay if you can only come for a day. For specific project related questions you can email: Doug.Browning@llbc.org.
