For over 30 years we have had the opportunity to invest into the leaders of the future through our Leadership Development Camp (LDC). LDC 1 & 2 are six days long and are for students entering 10th-12th grade who desire to grow in their faith and in leadership. During LDC, trusted and committed leaders walk with students as they dive deeper into their faith while experiencing serving opportunities and fellowship in a close-knit community.

Students that are involved in LDC will study God’s Word, learn the importance of memorizing scripture, receive training to develop their leadership skills, and participate in leadership roles around camp. LDC takes place during regular youth camps, giving an excellent opportunity for students to interact with campers and staff to observe and experience leadership firsthand.
